1. Who we are

VICE//VI ("the Service") is operated by ZelevLLC. ZelevLLC is the data controller responsible for personal data processed through the Service. Contact: zelevservice@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, login credentials, profile preferences.
  • Content you create: bookmarks, room messages, services you list, comments.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, features used, device type, browser, IP address, approximate location.
  • Communications: messages you send us (including via Telegram) and support tickets.
  • Payment data: collected and processed by Stripe, our Merchant of Record. We receive limited information such as subscription status, plan, and partial billing details.

3. Why we use your data

  • Create and manage your account, and provide the Service.
  • Process subscriptions, payments, and invoices (via Stripe).
  • Respond to your support requests and communicate service-related notices.
  • Protect the Service from fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Improve features, performance, and content.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal basis (UK/EEA users)

We process personal data based on (a) performance of our contract with you, (b) our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, (c) your consent where required (e.g. non-essential cookies), and (d) compliance with legal obligations.

5. Who we share data with

  • Stripe — Merchant of Record; processes payments, taxes, invoicing, and refunds.
  • Supabase — hosting, database, and authentication infrastructure.
  • Lovable Cloud — application hosting and AI gateway services.
  • Telegram — only if you choose to link your Telegram account for notifications.
  • Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and tax advisers under confidentiality.
  • Authorities — where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and property.

6. International transfers

Your data may be processed outside the UK/EEA, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent legal mechanisms.

7. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. Content tied to a deleted account is removed or anonymized.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectify inaccurate data.
  • Request erasure ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Complain to your local data-protection authority.

11. Children

The Service is not directed at children under the age required by your local law to consent to data processing. We do not knowingly collect data from such children.
