30-day money-back guarantee
VICE//VI, operated by ZelevLLC, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, which is the Merchant of Record for all VICE//VI orders.
- Visit stripe billing portal and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Or contact us directly at zelevservice@gmail.com and we'll initiate the refund with Stripe on your behalf.
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and issuing bank.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel an active subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Cancellation outside the 30-day window is not automatically a refund — contact us if you believe a refund is warranted.
