1. Who we are

VICE//VI ("the Service") is operated by ZelevLLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use paid features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

Unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity, including spam.
Infringing intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.
Attempting to breach security, probe, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its users.
Uploading malware or any harmful code.
Reverse-engineering, reselling, or redistributing the Service or its content.

4. Intellectual property

ZelevLLC retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, branding, and original content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. VICE//VI is a fan-made hub and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.

6. Payments, subscriptions & taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Stripe. Stripe is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Stripe provides all customer-service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, currency conversion, tax handling, renewals, and cancellation mechanics are governed by Stripe's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

8. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected immediately. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold ZelevLLC harmless from third-party claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law.

12. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
